1. Eligibility:

   • This offer is available to individuals and families who have lost their homes in the Camarillo Mountain Fire (November 6th, 2024), the Malibu Franklin Fire (December 10th, 2024), or the Palisades Fire (January 7th, 2025). Proof of eligibility may be required.

2. Scope of Offer:

   • Each eligible participant is entitled to up to four (4) one-hour sessions of one-on-one coaching, conducted virtually via phone or Zoom (depending on circumstances and availability). For ease of scheduling, these sessions will be held once per week for 4 consecutive weeks. A maximum of 1 session may be rescheduled for a different consecutive week, but not a different day.

   • Sessions are intended to provide support, clarity, and guidance but are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy or advising.

   • This offer and any included sessions or other products or services are non-transferable.

3. Limited Availability:

   • Coaching sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited, and subject to change without notice. Your preferred date & time for coaching may not be available.

4. Duration of offer:

   • This offer for new sign-ups is valid until January 31st, 2025, or until the allocated session slots are filled, whichever comes first. The duration of the coaching sessions is explained above in "Scope of Offer". Participants must sign up by January 31, 2025, to be eligible for complimentary sessions. The first of the four consecutive sessions must be scheduled to begin no later than February 28, 2025.  Scheduling is subject to the Coach’s availability.

5. Nature of Coaching:

   • Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal development. Results will vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. I will not be providing answers or solutions; rather, we'll discover them together through conversation. If and how you implement those solutions is up to you.

6. Non-Binding Commitment:

   • This offer does not obligate the coach to provide services beyond the defined scope. After completing your complimentary sessions, you may choose to continue with additional coaching at the rates in effect at that time.

7. Termination:

   • The coach reserves the right to discontinue this offer and any coaching services, complimentary or paid, at any time and for any reason, including if a participant behaves inappropriately, does not fully cooperate, or violates any agreed session guidelines.

8. Privacy:

   • ​All sessions are completely confidential. Personal information shared during the coaching relationship will never be disclosed without the participant’s explicit consent, except as required by law or in cases where the participant displays significant mental health concerns, risk of self-harm or harm to others, involvement in illegal activity, or any situation where disclosure is necessary to ensure safety.
